Chronosphere has been named a Strong Performer for 2023 in the Gartner® Peer Insights™ “Voice of the Customer” for Application Performance Monitoring and Observability Report.
Gartner Peer Insights collects information from end users’ account profiles and submitted reviews. Only vendors with 20 or more eligible reviews in the segment in the 18-month review period are included. For each segment, vendors are positioned based on the market average with Overall Experience on the y-axis, and User Interest and Adoption on the x-axis. This report recognized Chronosphere as a Strong Performer.
Of those who submitted reviews, 93% indicated that they would recommend Chronosphere to others based on 27 total reviews as of 31 October 2023. Among the 15 evaluated vendors recognized in the Gartner report, Chronosphere scored the highest overall score and highest scores in two out of four sub categories:
- Highest overall rating of 4.7 out of 5.
- Highest rating in deployment experience with a 4.7 (out of 5) rating.
- Highest rating in support experience with a 4.8 (out of 5) rating.
- Among the second highest rating in product experience with a 4.6 (out of 5) rating.
